Two words comes to mind when I listen to this CD and that’s “Praise and Worship”!  Kevin LeVar & One Sound can take you straight to your prayer place, lift you up and remind you who we love.  LeVar is a remarkable singer/songwriter.  He has a unique flow or should I say, he is unique in his own way.  He brings us different sounds and different styles of praise music that seems to come together with only one agenda in mind, ‘Praising our Lord’!

 

Kevin LeVar is a true Gospel artist who has taken the world by storm.  His devotion, his purpose and his mission has escalated him to the top.  Every song is a testimonial of his own personal life experiences.   Its a joy to listen to the many ballads LeVar has to offer on this CD.  The lyrics seem to captivate and minister to you on a deeper level.  A multi-cultural level.  You can feel his love for the traditional gospel along with a twist of Latin and Reggae. 

“You Are Not Alone” is supreme!  As I said above, this particular song will captivate you and bring tears to your eyes and joy to your heart.  You are left with a sense of calmness and peace.  The same goes for “Atmosphere of Faith”.  Your heart will fall into a telling, triumphant place of love and peace within the heart and soul. A warmth of grace that I hope will never, I repeat, never step away from the scripture of God’s unyielding power.  When I heard “What A Love”, I had no choice but to surrender. The Lord was rightfully acknowledged and had remained the subject of LeVar’s ever-increasing devout strategy to reach our minds musically.
