Washington D.C./Baltimore based veteran keyboardist Dan Reynolds newest project “River Maiden” is a fun but relaxing cd, with elements of smooth, jazzy and funky overtones all rolled into one great package. Dan has worked with a variety of artists that included Maysa Leak, Larry Coryell, Ken Navarro, and countless others.

This cd is just smooth all the way through. From the up-tempo songs like “Last Chance”, “Big Sky”, “Pinky’s Groove”, “Clive’s Jive” & “River Maiden” to the mid-tempo to slow grooves like “Summer Rain”, “Buttercup”, “Angels & Butterflies”, “Lady Cloud” & “Calico Autumn” and the only vocal track -“Take It On Faith” featuring Dawn Robinson and Jeff Watson.

Dan provides us with a cornucopia of lush melodies and funky bass lines throughout this great cd. This is a well balanced cd, that is to be enjoyed any time of night or day.
