Gotta Have Gospel – Gold!!!

Gotta Have Gospel Gold

The Gotta Have Gospel! series keeps getting better & better! I wonder how many of y’all out there knows anything about this package of hits placed together?

I’m speaking about the double disc compilation set they have placed together to possibly help save y’all some money! There’s a LOT of songs on this project! Most & possibly ALL of the major players in the Gospel genre is recognized here & the music just does not stop!

Let’s see, we have 2 theme’s presented by disc: Gospel ‘In The House’ & for the urban listeners out there – Gospel “On The Street’.

The ‘In The House’ disc carries Hezekiah Walker, Byron Cage, Stephen Hurd, Martha Munizzi, Joe Pace, Jonny Lang feat Doobie Brothers alumni Michael McDonald, The Soul Seekers, The McClurkin Project, Kurt Carr, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Donnie McClurkin, New Direction, Tramaine Hawkins, & Vickie Winans.

For the Urban Gospel “On The Street”: Israel Houghton, Papa San, Tye Tribbett & G.A., Kenny Lattimore & Chante Moore, Men Of Standard, Virtue, Mary Mary, Kirk Franklin feat Dorinda Clark-Cole, 21:03 (guest J Moss), Kelly Price, Dave Hollister, J. Moss, Trin-i-tee 5:7, & The cut “Still Blessing Me” which features Dave Hollister, Paul “PDA” Allen, J. Moss, Lashawn ‘Big Shiz’ Daniels & 21:03!

This overall deal is absolutely awesome, especially for those out there on a budget. You get to check out some various songs from different selective of the Gospel Industry & also change angles from a listening standpoint. Meaning if the urban flavor isn’t your choice, then the contemporary gospel option for the disc #1 might be suitable. Although there’s nothing wrong with any of the discs/tracks, it just leaves one with the option to enjoy music from both sides of the coin!

Congrats to the team for keeping the music in Gospel coming!

God Bless….
