Groove’s Back Productions ft. K.Son – Now & Forever

Groove’s Back Productions (www.groovesback.com) artist K.Son has redefined R&B, and has put the world on notice. His latest project “Now and Forever” is the best independent R&B CD out there; every song has that passion and perseverance. The songwriting is impeccable and warm with spirit and you can tell K.Son took his time on every aspect of this cd. Every song on this Cd has its own story to tell, and if you listen well, there is a lyrical journey to be explored accompanied with great musical expression.

The up-tempo songs are: Are You Down?, Imagine, Hollywood, Days Back When, Now and Forever and the mid-tempo songs are “Sunday Morning, Life after Love and Summer Makes You Hotter.

The first of two standout songs on this CD, in my opinion, is “That’s Music” where K.Son speaks of a youngster thinking that a song from today was covered by an old school artist and K.Son explains to him what a remake is.

The other standout song is a cover of the Tears for Fears song “Everybody Wants To Rule The World”. This must be the best cover of this song that I have ever heard. The other likable aspect of this disc is K.Son’s voice, strong and mellow, and how the music wraps around his voice.

This project has all the elements to make it a classic CD, and a must for your collection.

K.Son’s music can also be heard on Air Mauritius Airlines, CoLours T.V, www.solarradio.com, and over 30 terrestrial and internet radio stations.

K.Son is also a producer/songwriter; He produced the critically acclaimed “Vibes from the Inner Garden” featuring soul poet “AmariM”.  This is a disc that explores spirit, relationships and the human condition. All music is performed by K.Son. K.Son also made his acting debut in the London film “The Passerby”.
