Ladies and Gentlemen, presenting BET’s Sunday Best 1st Runner Up, Shari Addison! Or should I say Gospel Powerhouse Addison! They called her a diamond in the rough. I agree. She has captured the hearts of many and we just love her. After watching the show, I knew the judge’s had a difficult decision to make. Either way, both Shari Addison and Crystal Aikin were outstanding!

Shari’s self-titled debut album “Shari Addison” is remarkable. Every song is captivating and inspirational. She has been blessed with an amazing voice. Not only does she minister to you, she instills in you strength, humility, praise and love. She lifts you up and keeps you focused on the lord. Whether it’s up-tempo or a smooth ballad. Shari’s got it all and she gives it all whole-heartedly.

Get down and funky with Whateva, I Praise You and No Battle, No Blessing. These songs have a little R&B flavor. Shari emphasizes the importance of praising the lord because of the utmost sacrifice he has made for us. She reminds us that whatever we need is in the lord. He has no limitations and he always comes through. We need to hold on, pray about it and wait on him.

Cry your eyes out on One More Sunny Day and He Does All Things Well. Beautiful ballads performed by an amazing, anointed woman of god. If you need to get pumped up, I suggest you listen to Can’t Make It Without Him and You Can Rise. These songs will lift you up and get you moving.

Shari has done a wonderful job. I truly enjoyed this CD and I know you will too.

Shari, I take my hat off to you! God has blessed you with a beautiful voice. This is just the beginning; the best is yet to come.
